IMPORTANT FOR MARPLE PARENTS:The club has a policy of asking a different team each week to "host" our visitors and other Marple teams. The hosting rota is shown along with the fixture list and indicated with a grey cell in the table. When it is your team's turn to host, the team administrator may contact you to ask for help. The rota is organised so that no team hosts more than four times during a season and wherever possible we have arranged it so that hosting takes place during days when training rather than matches are booked.
During hosting we generally need 3-4 people in the kitchen and clubhouse to deal with preparing and serving food. We need 2-3 people to manage the car parking and we need 2-3 male helpers to mop, sweep and tidy the changing rooms. If your team's adminstrator asks for your help please do what you can to assist. Other teams will do it for you and the club considers it only fair that you help when you can.
